He had to be joking, it sounds nothing like someone yelling....I won't believe it unless I hear it from Michael or Mark himself.

"yelling" is a figure of speech. People exagerate all the time.

"Hey I got a couple questions for ya" Coulda been Jeff asking the guys LOL and then chapping their asses (maybe yelling ;)) to get the album done? just hazzarding a guess.

But as far as I've ever read, I don't think Jeff Hanson has a reputation for lying or trying to bullshit fans. But that's just my observation from him in interviews and having met him for 15 minutes. *Shrug*
