What they say in some songs?

Guys... I´m green here and I´m brazilian. And sometimes I can´t listen to what Stapp sings in his verses kind of:

Pity for a dime has a line where not have in oficial lyric you know? I just wished to know what he says in that part...

What´s this life for I can´t hear too that part: "Don't have to seetle no Goddamn score" I think he says that... Am i right?

In "What If" where is "So I’ll just ask a question"
soon it comes: "Another simple question" is that?

And what he says in Say I?
In that part behind:
"Frantic, faction, focus
The world breathes
And out forms this misconception we call man
But I don’t know him
No, I don’t know him
Because he lies
Say I"

I hope somebody can help me!!!! And sorry for my bad english!!! Thanx

It's either that or "a lonely simple question"

Thanks for that correction. After 8 years of me singing it the other way that makes much more sense. :)

StappsSaviour 09-06-2005 06:02 PM

hayley 09-06-2005 07:13 PM

No, that's wrong.

It's:

Are you ready? Are you ready? For what's to come
Oh I say, are you ready? Are you ready? For what's to come.

Airsck 09-09-2005 10:44 AM

i've been trying to figure that out for years too...anyone know?

StappsSaviour 10-18-2005 08:02 PM

nah thats hard as aye...
and how do u know its "for whats to come" wen in the booklet it doesnt say anything about that??????????????it actually doesnt say anything at all!!!
in the official creed tablature book it says "for US to come"
n na i havent figured that 1 out either
but i guess the whole thing about that is to have some kinda secret behind to make u think more and more and listen more and more...
even if you asked any of them i dont think theyd tell u
but good luck

Has anyone noticed that Stapp speaks the words "For we have crossed many oceans, and we labor in between. In life there are many quotients, and I hope I find the mean" from Wash Away Those Years in Freedom Fighter?
