I didn't say LP are flat, I meant kinda flat when compared to PRS... PRS looks more rounded (at least in the pics I've seen)

not to mention the headstock is different on the les paul and the prs....does this lawsuit mean that my prs tremonti model, signed by both prs and mark, will be worth tons more than i paid for it?

No dude you're right, Lp Customs/Standards/Sepremer etc are FLAT... the only LPs that have rounded tops are Studios (from what i've seen at least) i don't know if the PRSs have more of a Rounded top or not... but they look pretty close to me, you can just see the curves more on a PRS because of the Glass-style Finish they put on them...

No, because they settled it out of court. But if the case had continued, and they had to stop making the Singlecut/Tremontis; then of course in a few years they'd be worth more...
