"Mojo Pin" - Jeff Buckley

It's crazy how much Myles sounds like Buckley(at least on this track). I know the comparison has been made a bunch of times on here, but this was the first time I have ever listened to a Buckley song. Even the music on this song is kinda similar to the stuff that MF4 put out years later.

Bullet the Blue Sky ~ Human

seems like you can't go wrong if you do this song... U2's version is awesome, and P.O.D.'s & Human's covers are quite excellent as well (Human's is almost perfectly faithful to the original, while P.O.D.'s blends in their unique style)

I love U2's original version of the song. I just got a hold of Joshua Tree last week and man, it's an awesome CD. I think "Bullet The Blue Sky" is probably my favorite song on there. I'll have to check out those two covers you mentioned.

Speaking of covers of U2 songs, has anyone heard Shinedown's version of "One"? It's amazing, imo. http://www.strippedmusic.com/arch_shinedown.html

Joshua Tree is my favorite U2 album. Good choice, titan.

yeah, I definitely prefer The Joshua Tree over any other U2 album. The first 4 tracks are absolutely phenomenal, each of them amazing by itself, but when placed alongside the other 3.... wow! I bought the CD a few years ago, and this past summer, while at a record shop, I actually bought it on vinyl. The pre-amp for my turntable is supposed to be arriving (off Ebay) in the next few days here, so I'm pretty excited that I'll be able to listen to all my & my parents' records. Pretty sweet, yo.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's probably my favorite as well, although I haven't heard all their albums yet. I also got Achtung Baby last week, but I don't like that one as much as I like Joshua Tree. I'll also be getting War and Unforgetable Fire fairly soon as well.


My thoughts exactly. I could not get over how amazing those 4 songs are. Just a great CD overall.
