i know my donna lee baby its that time of year again da goodness u just get plenty of rest you,ll be alright vapor rub helps dont over eat either 3 small meals a day are best even if you must force theme it helps your strengeth ...instead of just wating to crame down :D that one almighty meal we desire haaaaaaaaaaaaaa i use to do the same oh but i had to learn to eat right now haaaaaaaa lmao i get upset if i miss a meal on time
