I have a patient today who stabbed himself in the arm with a butcher knife, the knife went in 2":eek: And i thought I have seen it all in here! They brought him in here with the knife STILL in his arm!:yikes:

He is OK, the knige is out "thank god" and I got him back from surgery when I was getting ready to leave. It is probably going to be a rough night for his nurse seeing his "detox" is going to start:eek:

Yeah I do really, I could have my one hand in someones gut with blood all over it and eat a candy bar with the other! It is a mindset you need to get into, I used to do wierd stuff when I was a kid, like play in the gut pile of my dad's deer after hunting! I would take it apart and try to identify the parts!:embarass:
