Pop-ups
 

Steve, I don't know about the rest of us, but I am being inundated with POP-UP ads the whole time I am posting to this new bb. Am I the only one? And if not, how can we avoid this? It's really annoying. Damn there's another one for a casino.:mad:

Ok, now I'm back on the site after a brief interruption from my kids, and now NO pop-ups. Before I found out that the avatars are yet to come, I was on the site where I get my avatars, and it's very possible that the pop-ups were coming from there. I apologize for thinking Steve would allow us to have to endure pop-ups.

Nope not my popups :D If I did have a popup, it'd be something Creed related like "CREED IS COMING TO YOUR HOUSE RIGHT NOW" or something like that... something very important

Now see, that's one pop-up I would not close out. I would be calling whatever number it gave me to find out if Creed had correct directions to my house.

Hey jango, I use whats called 'Proxomitron"... that stops pop-ups...;)

ha ha...wow that'd be awesome;)

The only problem I've had with programs like those is that whenever a pop up ad goes to pop up, that program pops up with it and asks me if I'd like to close the pop up... :confused: So essentially, I have to close two pop ups. The pop ups that were giving Teri trouble were caused by Spyware.

Use the browser, Mozilla. It has a built in feature to prevent popups from opening!
