I'm a suffering wounded soldier.
God Help me.
I don't understand this damnation.
My heart aches along with my pride.
I return to this old habit
Do not run, do not hide, just live.

But how God?
Why do I suffer like this?

Take this pain away from my conscious.
Deliver me,
Deliver me in your forgiveness.

Please God redeem me.
My soul is lost
And I cannot find my sanity.
In you I love
Inside I burn.

Take this away,
Give me confidence.
Give me pride.
Keep my faith in you strong,
My loyalty to you forever.

I trust in my quavering soul that you may help.
I'm lost and in dire need of your love.
Please God don't let Satan win.
Save me,
