I'm having a few problems with Janelle and Rufus, I think its just Janelle though:damn My brother called me last night and told me that Janelle is saying stuff about Melody and she is trying to stir up:shit between us and is scheming to try to get Melody kicked out, wich isn't gonna happen cuz I know what she is trying to do! She is trying to scheme to get Melody kicked out so that her and Rufus can try to talk me into letting them move upstairs! There will be a cold day in HELL before I ever let them up here with me! They are gonna try to take over this house cuz they were asking my mom about us selling the house to them while mom was staying here this past weekend and its not gonna work cuz I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, so they can :biteme HARD!!!!!

I just printed up a letter for the downstairs renters that are trying to start trouble here,and I need some opinions about it before I decide to hand it to them:exactly Here is the letter! Jared is Meoldy's boyfriend:)

What I expect for All renters!

This has been made as to clear up any and all confusion for any renters who want to continue residence here. I’ll state this now, once and for all! The only option in staying at this residence is Renting Only!! There are NO options available for purchasing this residence whatsoever! If for some reason I am out of town or not here at the house, Melody will be incharge! I expect you to give her nothing but respect while she is incharge untill I return and even when I am here. For as your actions and how you treat everyone in this house will determine how long you’ll be staying here and wether you pay the rent On Time! It has also come to my attention that there is rumors and gossip going around about Melody and Jared due to Jared coming over to visit. I want to let you know that anything being said to others about Melody to try to get her kicked out will not be considered to your advantage and keep in mind any scheming to try to get Melody kicked out can and may result in your eviction instead! I do not tolerate gossip of any kind and I will not have it in MY house….PERIOD! So I highly suggest that it stops IMMEDIATELY if you want to continue living at this residence.

Julie, here's my two cents, heheh. I think I would try talking to them first before sending the letter. Face-to-face is always better in matters like this, at least for me. If I received that letter (not that it's nasty or anything), my reaction would be, why didn't the person come talk to me first? If that doesn't work, then send the letter.

Grrr! I have another thing to deal with now :mad: Our phones mysteriously quit working yesterday early afternoon, right after Rufus came to me and asked if they could use the phone. Then a little bit later Rufus comes up and asks me if he could split my phone lines so they could have a phone downstairs, I told him no, cuz I don't want to get stuck with their bill cuz it would be on my phone bill, and I have already been stuck with a past renters phone bill. So In call the phone company and he comes out and find a phone line cut downstairs in their apartment :mad1: So they had to of cut it behind my back! So the guy that came out took out every phone line down there that they may be able to split from,so if there is new lines down there I'll know.
