A Season for NonViolence: Jan. 30 - Apr. 4

January 30 marks the begining of the Season for NonViolence. This national 64-day educational, media, and grassroots campaign is dedicated to demonstrating that nonviolence is a powerful way to heal, transform, and empower our lives and our communities. Inspired by the 50th and 30th memorial anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., this international event honors their vision for an empowered, nonviolent world.

Please refer to this web site for more information..and remember -
there is Peace Inside Us All ....Feel it ...Radiate it.

Thank you souldancer for this site. I am looking forward to reading the stories posted for nonviolence, and encountering others who hold true the teachings of these two great men.

Your commitment to peace is something that I personally value on this board.

Lots of things 'should' be, like common sense and courtesy. This was a campaign to increase awareness, education that started on the 30th and 50th death anniversaries..
And, your WTF is not appreciated on this thread...thankyou
