Unless u have done other things, like seen a councillor etc, and it wasnt enough, I wouldnt get on those things. they suck! My mum was on em and couldnt get off em. Do all U can not to I say.

I havn't tried counselling yet, not sure if that will help?

alot of it is knowing what brought it on, like at what point did U notice a change, and talkin to someone that is trained to know what U can do. Most of the time it can be fixed that way. Mine was. I had depression for 7 years.
