CreedInk Calendar... priceless
That crazy CreedInk Calendar... I just had to do some spoofage on it... check out ( http://www.refcoord.com/creed/creedspoof.htm )

lol... the dipstick who created those "graphics" should have realized the dates were wrong just by looking at the calendar visually...
For instance, their calendar says May ends on a Wednesday (in reality it doesn't). But then they have June starting on a Tuesday. Hmm... they must have found a time travel device of some sort. A wormhole, perhaps? Of course, if Creed/WU starts hearing more calls for "refunds," I bet we'll hear another helpful press release something aalong the lines of: Quote:

:wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:
Ooooooooh boy! That calender sure does suck big time... :mad1: I feel so bad for you all who has signed up to this crap!! They can't get away with this kind of crap!!!!! Bad baaaaad very bad pics... Yeah I'm SHOCKED! Comfy Hugs :hugs: |
Hmmm.... the response alone and the tone used is enough to really tick me off even more. I am REALLY dissapointed, there is NO EXCUSE for this. Talk about arrogance

That's all I can do is laugh at this whole situation. Maybe the leap year thing got them mixed up. |
OMFG!!! That is INCREDIBLE!!! I wonder what moron they got to put this so-called calendar together!! Nice way to mess everyone one up on the days of the month!! lol..I actually saw the calendar up for bid on e-bay!! Bet the person, if anyone bids and gets it, will be FURIOUS!! What a fricken crock!!! I'm glad I never signed up for CreedInk now!!

This is a Joke right?????
OMG Please tell me that Letter was a JOKE from CreedInk?? :mad1:
|
lol.... it was obviously a joke guys. But like I said, it wouldn't be a suprise if they sent something like it.... hehe
|
It isn't a surprised that they messed up. CreedInk is just a mess. I'm glad I didn't subscribe to the fan club.
|
I never subscribed to it either cuz I've been so broke lately, kinda glad now though :wtf:

True that! |
You'd have thunk that since it was so LATE, they would have gotten the dates right at least.

Seriously, I think they got some dumb intern to make the "calendar" with some old, crappy photos. Must hve taken the person all of one day to make... if that.
Just goes to show ya how much Creed/WU cares about their fans. I mean, I could care less about the calendar -- it's the thought that counts to me. Frankly I'm beginning to be glad that Mark/Flip/Brian's new band is coming along and that Creed might not be around anymore. Hopefully WU/JHMP isn't going to have anything to do with the new group... I used to think Creed, as a whole, cared about their fans. Based on recent actions (by one band member) and management, I really don't think they do. |
Dude, you can't say that. Of course Creed cared about their fans or else they wouldn't tour and perform. I really don't think Creed would have had much to do with this calender themselves, it's all the managments and Creed Ink's problem, they are the people that don't give a shit, they are just in it for the money

I think your use of the word "cared" is appropriate. I think they did care early on. Do they now? I don't know for sure; all I can go on is their actions to date. Chicago was one indicator to me as showing total disrespect to fans. Stapp's subsequent "excuse" was another indicator. Then JHMP's patronizing letter showed us that management definately didn't care... Now it's more of the same with CreedInk. You like to make it sound like Creed (the band) is totally insulated from their label. Come on... I would be inclined to agree if Creed was a no-name band. But we're talking about what used to be the world biggest band. They have a great deal of influence. If the members really cared about their fans, Creed would have bent over backwards. I don't think Creed hates their fans... I don't think they've "turned" on us. But they have taken us for granted and have become complacent. That's the problem with commercialization... Creed started off as a fantastic grassroots band, but as time went on, they got sucked too far into the whole corporate music world. When that happens, your music suffers and you rely less on your fans. Now, I could be wrong and Creed may magically come back together and make another MOP... but I don't think many people see that happening. |
