On the passion breeds followers site, part 2 of the interview with Scott and the PBF people, he explains that news songs are starting to come together in his head and that he hopes to have a new album by years end 2007. Also just like I mentioned in my last post, Scott explained that he was rushed on The Great Divide and he wishes he had more time to fine tune some of the songs. Strange exactly what I said before. In addition, he said he hopes he could retool some of the songs on the Great Divide and release an EP of it or maybe some acoustic versions, also what I said before. If he means what he says he will hopefully release some of that material by years end and the new album by next years end. Scott really seems like he is fully comitted to his singing career again which is great for all of us.

^^Great news. There's a great live performance of Justify from CD USA on there too. It's amazing that a lot of people are only now realizing he has a solo album out.

I feel I need to claify this since this is information being brought from PBF.

If you listen to the interview...
Scott said MAYBE by Christmas 07...he also said he couldn't be sure and did NOT want to put a time limit on it.

Wasn't he talking about the album since somewhere around February of 04'? And when did the album come out? If that was a rush, I hate to see the length of time it would take for a normal album to get finished. Good news, though.

Definitely good news. A new album by the end of '07 would rock! I'm just hoping for more tour dates--I still haven't seen him live.

I also can't wait for new tour dates, I have never been able to see Creed live and hope I get to see Scott at least once.
