I can't count the times
I stared at your picture
and only doing that
would change my day
somehow I felt more alive

it's breaking my heart to know
you're no different than all the rest
judging things you don't understand
will you change when I'm cold in a grave
feeling that nobody cared

so many times I dreamed
how you'd hold me in your arms
and break the spell
how you'd feel me
and destroy this hell

I'm surprised you didn't know
but only true love
would change this night
