I'm out of the loop on this subject.

Whatever happened to that Creed DVD we were all waiting for? Wasn't it supposed to have been released this year?

Any news on whatever happened to the DVD?

Legal issues supposedly have delayed it. Not sure what they are, but it could be the lawsuit over the Chicago show. Someone here suggested that putting out the DVD might be detrimental to Creed's defense if this suit actually gets to court. Seeing the stellar performances and comparing them to the Chicago show might hurt their chances of winning.

I can't beleive that lawsuit is still going on.

Class-action lawsuits must take a while.

Well, if anyone gets any news on the DVD/Suit trail, do post it.

Unfortunately, the way people settle things or get there way is to slap a law suite at anyone, anything and anytime.

Creed did not give a "satisfacory" preformance on 12/29/02....so in return.....they got sued.

hmmmm, dogstar, nice you posted. That was something I missed and it totally makes sense.

Michael, Mark's brother, stated that DVD is NOT coming out (read cancelled).

The 4 guys from Chicago that entered with the law suit lost the case in the first trial. It was very funny what the judge said when he denied, I don't remember his words right now... I'll try to find it again.

Then the losers appealed of the sentence, coz Creed, as a Christian band (or somehow linked to Christianity) had an obligation to put a good concert and the fact that the lead singer was drunk goes against everything they preached.

Hey, it's not me talking, it's just their defense... losers!

Not to open a can of worms, but although I feel Stapp should have kept his mouth shut, he may have said that it was just dramatical performing to "win" the case.

Anyway, I think if Creed wins the appeal, and I feel they will, they sould retaliate those assholes on court as well. :D how about moral damage? hehehe
