isn't that crazy Jerry Falwell's school?
they don't even like contemporary christian?! that's some shitty shit there. and jazz, that's so riqué nowadays they control what people do off-campus (and even when they leave... unless you're older and have slightly greater permission) daily room inspections? shitty, yo in room by 11? lights out by 12? :hammerlol that's funny that they allow guns, despite all the other shit they ban. sure, pistols need trigger locks & they've gotta be put in storage, but still.... |
and check out their dress code!

wow - when do these kids learn independence? who's going to watch over them after they graduate?
In fact - you can't even go on a date by yourself: http://www.bju.edu/prospective/expect/general.html |
This, this from a school called BJ University? BJU?
|
Holy shit. this is ricockulous! How in the hell do they have a "Student Life" section? The students HAVE NO LIFE!
I'll be NO ONE stays on campus after class. Who in the hell would?! And if getting to the promised land means being like this... shit... iono. I'm a dirty catholic... what can I say? I'm goin to hell. **EDIT** I just read the link rabidgopher posted. They follow you off campus. I'd go fuckin crazy. |
i'm still in disbelief that anyone would want to go there! i mean, i thought that, by and large, college students (and high schoolers looking @ colleges) like to have fun, freedom, lives, etc. I mean, I'm not much of a rulebreaker here, but I'd get kicked out of that school daaaaaaaaaamn fast.
Al, lol @ BJU. i didn't even think of that when i first saw it. |
This obviously is a christian school, but it is protistant christian or a faction of the catholic church?
|
well i cant gop there anyways, because i have my cartilidge pierced and a tattoo on my hip where no one ever sees it,
how wonderfully openminded and unjudgmental of them. i hope i do surgery on some of their alumni someday. ill flash them the ring coming out of the top of my ear and panic them before theyre put under. |
Bob Jones University is a Protestant College. That much I am sure of. Besides that, no Catholic school is that strict. I have had the displeasure of using BJU's Christian High School books in HS. Well, actually, I have only had to use one(their horrible Economics book), but one is more than enough. I don't mind the Christianity in it, but hate how long and boring and tedious it is. I actually took a look at Bob Jones University, as I am looking at various Colleges right now. I didn't even look at the page you mentioned, HD, as I was disappointed enough when I just looked at the available programs and the tuition, among other things. I'm a Roman Catholic, so I guess that doesn't help matters. But if I'm going to go to a Christian school, no way will it be BJU. I'd rather go to one of the more accepting and open schools in the US.
And, wait a second: they're forbidding Rock music, country, jazz, new age and Christian Contemporary? What about Rap and R&B? I see no mentioning of that, and that's where a lot of filth lies. And you can't even listen to this music on a personal CD player with headphones? Ridiculous. How can a person learn to be independent when they're given less freedom than the average High School gave them? I can understand forbidding certain things, but it's like they're controlling the students as if the students are robots. Those students that go there are not being given a chance to become their own person. I'd never go to a College that suppresses its students that much. |
im sorry but bollocks , does anyone even go there, your right that is the worst college ever
