What "NEW" Non-Creed song if your favorit?

Myn would have to be Dont belive it all by Trebel Charger. Im normally not a fan of Them or bands like them, but I really like that particular song. It placed 28th on my fav songs list. (the other 27-1 are all from Creed)

"Crucify Yourself"

by FOZZY

Dogstar 11-20-2002 02:40 PM

There are a few, but right now it's a tie: Nirvana -- You Know You're Right; Audioslave -- Cochise.

TeriB19 11-20-2002 06:17 PM

Is it just me or does Curt Kobain sound like he has a mouth full of spaghetti while singing that song? Don't get me wrong, it's a good song, it's just a little hard to decipher.

Yep Teri !!!! I agree, He has always sounded like that to me!!!! I never was a Nirvana fan, he always seemed to be whining about something!!!! I really like the Foo Fighters though, I guess Dave Kroll made good for himself, so much more rock and fun them his previous band!!!!:D

DangerousDan85 11-20-2002 08:27 PM

I've heard "You Know You're Right" a lot lately and I don't like it that much. The part I don't like is at the end when he says "You Know You're Right" like 50 times that part gets annoying,

    :crying: :crying:

Dogstar 11-20-2002 09:10 PM

Not sure if it's spaghetti in Kurt's mouth, lol...That's one I haven't heard before. I've always been a big fan of theirs. Cobain's voice just spoke to me, as did some of his lyrics. I think it's the intensity in it. Plus, I just loved their sound. Rip-roaring guitar and drums, kind of punk, but harder. I'm glad dave Grohl is doing well for himself. I like the Foo Fighters a lot.

That's funny I just saw that again a few days ago. It's disturbingly hilarious, especialy the chest hair/ bug repelent part.

Mulletman 11-26-2002 10:56 AM

"OH MY GOD what was that!"

"i dunno, might of been a bed bug..."

"that was one huge bed bug"

"well then, maybe it wasnt a bed bug...."

OMG!! Anna and I love that song by The Calling...It kinda makes you wanna cry!! :crying: We listened to it on our way home from Creeds show in Alpine Valley this last summer...Anna said how much it reminded her of me!! Being as we've followed Creed around soo much this year...and yes, I would go wherever he/they would go!! :D

luvscott4ever 11-30-2002 08:55 AM

Ok, now that I'm done replying, some of my favs...I have way too many, but here are a few:

Disturbed - Prayer actually the whole cd (Believe)
Korn - Here to Stay, Alone I break, Thoughtless..thanx to pony-boy
Foo Fighters - All my life
Godsmack - Anything by them
Tool - Anything by them also

Ok, I'd better stop...I could go on 4ever!! I said in a different thread how I'm kinda new to new rock and roll..And I have found soo much good stuff...Thanx Anna...I love you!!! :)

I used to love that song!! I really felt bad when Billy and Christie broke up, I always thought they were kinda cute together..The not so handsome guy, with the gorgeous girl...too bad men can't be a little more like women..go for the personality over the looks!! :D ;)

hotforscott 11-30-2002 01:19 PM

One of my favorite non-creed songs in Default, wasting my time. Didn't they open for Creed at some shows this tour? They didn't come to the one I went to, or the one I am about to go to, but it would be cool if they did. They always have good opening bands though so it will still be a good show before Creed comes on either way.

Dogstar 11-30-2002 01:29 PM

Yes, Default opened at two of the shows I went to, Ft. Wayne, Indiana and at Penn State. They were pretty good, though the lead singer looked like he was on something at the Penn State show.
