Not your Average Gardener....

http://benpicketthome.files.wordpres...-rembrandt.jpg

John 20:15 ~

"Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away"

John 20:16-18 "Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the LORD, and that he had spoken these things unto her."

(Rabboni also means Teacher.)

She didn't recognize Him...until he called her by name. I think that is a very important thing to remember. She had walked with him closely for a very long time. Should she not have been able to recognize Him?...unless of course. He had a different appearance.

Life Applications...

I practice what I speak about as much as possible. There are times when I may be on the verge of practicing when I first talk about something but I try not to share the news until I have tried it myself.

Yesterday I worked really hard at distancing myself from CNN..HA! until lunch, then after lunch...oddly enough... I had no craving for it anymore.
I thought over and over in my mind pure thoughts, good thoughts, loving things  and focused on my blessings throughout the morning.

When we left for the evening and took our standard 60 mile drive to practice. I went to the gym myself after dropping my child off at her destination. Well let me tell you...I had a great workout. But when it was over...I realized I had brought a change of everything except my shirt. So I had to put my sweat covered shirt back on..YUK..and walk to my vehicle.

I thought to myself...I will buy a shirt, but I will still have to walk in a store like this. So I decide to raise down both windows to air dry, it worked. Well I make a wrong turn and go up a little side street of which I have never noticed before. What happened next was BEAUTIFUL. I smelled the most amazing flowers I have ever encountered. It filled my entire vehicle with the most amazing scent, much better than my sweat. Smelled like honeysuckle but better. They were white and lined both sides of the street, it was nice..and to think it was downtown, right near major traffic. Had I remembered my shirt..I would not have encountered them because my windows would have been up. ;)

Well the evening gets even better....I get in a conversation with my friend about an upcoming 5k, and we are deciding which ones we want to do. Then I remember this ad I saw on the TV about this one called..The Color RUN......We are signing up for Sept. :D

Here it is..AMAZING VIDEO and IMAGES to start the DAY right again... AMAZING THINGS HAPPEN AT THIS EVENT...WATCH IT! Can't wait I am so excited...and the Kids are going to love this!

Its called the Happiest 5K on the Planet! :D

Received email from the GoodNews network...
I even had time for a hot shower...

Will share one story a man shared yesterday on his ability to focus on wellness to actually get rid of a cyst that his Dr. wanted to remove surgically. He removed it himself!!! I was so inspired by this man's story, and hope its a great start to focusing on great things before noon.

"A cyst appeared on my pinkie finger's main knuckle. I saw a doctor about it, and she recommended that I get it surgically removed on an out-patient basis. She said that cysts like this one don't go away on their own, and it was better to remove it sooner rather than later, because they can develop into worse conditions later on down the road.

Money was tight, so I put it off. I decided to make the cyst a test case. Could I get rid of it simply using LOA? That was the test.

I began the test in early January 2008. My first few attempts didn't get me anywhere, and I was still struggling mightily with my own negative thoughts that kept entering my head. Finally, though, I chanced upon the solution. I realized that I needed to focus on what I wanted my finger to be like without a cyst on it, rather than focusing on the cyst itself. So how could I do that? After all, whenever I looked at my finger, I'd see the cyst and thereby reinforce its presence there.

It finally occurred to me that I have two pinkie fingers, and that one of them was cyst free. So I focused on my right-hand pinkie finger, the cyst-free one, and thought to myself how cool it would be when my left-hand pinkie finger looked the same way. I even told myself that this was how my left-hand pinkie already looked! The idea made me feel good. After focusing on this thought and feeling for a few minutes, I removed the topic from my mind, resolving only not to look at my left-hand pinkie for the rest of the month. It was the only way I could think of to keep my mind from wandering back onto the negative messages such as, "Oh dear, my left-hand pinkie still has a cyst on the knuckle!"

Fortunately, this proved to be enough of a diversion that I forgot about the cyst for the next 2-3 weeks. Finally, one day I remembered the cyst and quickly looked at my left-hand pinkie finger. It was gone!

Needless to say, I was amazed and entranced by this result. "My God...it actually worked!"

:D Good Day...it just keeps getting...better, and better, and better, and better.

Re: Daily Bread

GUIDANCE...

“Call upon the Almighty,” says the old Eastern Sage. “He will help thee. Thou needst not perplex thyself about anything else. Shut thy eyes and while thou art asleep, God will change thy bad fortune into good.”

“Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. “For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” —JEREMIAH 17:7-8.

I have found in my own personal experience that the more I cling to being happy and really focusing and working on my thought process, that I don't see what others see. What happens is that it is almost like walking in another dimension but in a shared environment. The world begins to unfold a new landscape as we change our way of thinking. A world view that aligns with my internal vibration and the energy I am giving it. It is truly miraculous and everyday is a new adventure for me.

Phone call. One of my directors guiding my business practices. I always like to listen to something motivating and love to be inspired.

She said... "We know that there was only ONE that was perfect...We are not and that's ok. Don't wait til you are perfect, Get out there HAVE FUN and LOVE PEOPLE...right now... just as you are."

I don't know what it was that grabbed me because those words are simple and I've probably heard it a million times. But there was something about it that completely excited me. I think it was the LOVING PEOPLE part...lately I find that doing just that one activity is so much fun in itself.

Learning different methods of communication and really getting into the minds of others is fascinating to me. People really just want to know they are special and accepted, they want to be loved. And everyday I want to make that a priority not only in business but in my personal life as well.

I was talking to my child about the Color Run, the children are ready for that one. But the neat part about that race is that everyone is HAPPY. Something about being covered in paint..makes you laugh. When you have that many people exuding that type of energy in one location....MIRACLES HAPPEN...Beautiful things occur. And I want to be there to witness it.

Its the same on the opposite end of the spectrum..When you have a large body of consciousness all fixed on anger and hate. Destruction occurs...natural disasters. Tragedy in many forms. It is a natural law, we align with an energy inside and the environment reflects it.

And to think I had no idea what I was going to talk about when I got up this morning.

I had this dream last night, it's funny I just remembered it. I was in this meeting with an African American man, He was reviewing my life in paperwork. He had been following me and doing background checks on me for years. He said something about some things I do that no one is supposed to know about. And I said..What are you..a psychic? He said, "no I just made some phone calls... You passed, and you are in!" He gave me this long scroll like paper that I had trouble refolding... I worked on folding it back up for hours in the dream. But this other girl with me..didn't make it. That was sad.
I loved that man for some reason. Gave him a big hug...knocked things off his desk it was an excitable moment. hmmm? but...What did it mean?

Then I found myself driving 12 hours...to some distant place. for something... must be a premonition. It is...I feel it!

A Side NOTE on KAVA.

The beauty of Kava is that it calms one that has anxiety without causing a loss of cognitive function. When taken appropriately. If you have a speech to give or test to take. Its the optimum choice to get the edge off. 100 mg. (JUST ONE)

The Side effects are liver issues if you take it everyday or ingest half a bottle or mix it with alcohol or Tylenol which also has a toxic effect on the liver. This leads to death..or a liver transplant. It should not be mixed with antidepressants.

Re: Daily Bread

Horses....

I was on my home a few days ago when I saw this really beautiful black horse running outside the fence. There were others, but they were on the inside looking at him intensely, wondering probably, HOW DID HE DO THAT?

I don't know how he got out, but he was finally free. Do you know what he was doing? Trying to get back in!

He had been inside the fence so long that he wanted back in, and couldn't figure out how to get in there with the rest of them. He was running up and down the boundaries of the fence looking for a way in.

It reminds me of us when we finally escape the box, we peak out...get a glimpse, play a moment...and then get back in there. I'm in the box, I'm out of the box....In the Box...Out of the Box.

I suppose its because we are conditioned to stay in the box. And getting used to the outside takes time. The beauty of it is: once we find the way out, the path is visible always ...so moving forward in our own time is all that is left to do.

I think finding others on the outside as well...Helps. Had there been a group of other horses to play with, He probably would have wondered off with them into the free pastures. He didn't want to be on the outside alone.

Reminds me of this excerpt I once read about this horse that was beaten and tamed and put into a fence. He had lost all his fight, all his happiness, his freedom had been stolen from him..so he thought.

As he lay there in a pool of his own tears on the inside of that fence, bleeding from the wounds of those hateful men. He was just about to loose hope when he heard a voice that came from somewhere...and felt a gentle hand touch his face..and the voice said, "Open your eyes" as he did his tears in the pool of water below him transformed into the words, "You are freedom and freedom is you." With renewed strength he got up and ran through the fence as if it was invisible..in clear sight of all who watched. They were all STUNNED and in DISBELIEF of what they had just witnessed. They still had his blood on their hands...

Couldn't hold him down....

It was a nice story with a beautiful ending/beginning.

A JOYFUL EXPERIENCE...

Want to know what a $25,000 muffin recipe looks like? I can only tell you that it has no sugar but tastes sweet, very little fat but fills you up and is satisfying, tastes great, and it has caramel topping…looks like gourmet Edible ART when finished. That’s all I can share til October.

oH...IT PREVENTS HEART DISEASE.

When we find what we are good at, it is so easy to perform that it is as natural as breathing. It’s not work at all because it is way too much fun. It gives to others and benefits them, and it blesses in a circular fashion. What we put out comes back multiplied…..if it blesses the receiver it double blesses the giver.

Thankful for knowing that this day.

God cannot be mocked. We reap in kind exactly as we sow. “Be not deceived. God is not mocked; for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”—Galatians 6:7.

“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God.” Thou shalt use the talents He has given thee. Thou shalt use them to benefit thy neighbor, to benefit all of mankind, and in so doing thou shalt benefit thyself. Do that, and thy Lord will say unto thee: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.”

There is a fountain...

People thru out history have looked for it, read of it, and many would give all worldly possessions to bathe in it. Just Once.

Is it real? Or is it just a myth?

It is very real...and its inside us...each one of us has a piece of it. Many are so fixed on the end circumstances of thought they forget to start with creation. They filter through the result instead of going to the root. The rumor that the pool is real, is true, but you are not going to find it hidden away on an island.

It's inside you.

The water represents substance (the physical), the spirit represents thought..(the unseen). Combine the two in mind....NEW BIRTH in the physical.

"Celeste created visuals in her mind day in and day out, of a new body, a new life, a new person, she could see it rising out of the water being born into this present reality. She could see the end result clearly in her mind's eye. She could Touch it in her mind... a feeling of excitement would rush over her and she felt gratitude for the gift she had been given.

Her interests began to change daily, she was also receiving guidance from within on supplements and new food choices. She would find herself walking down the isles at health food stores and supplements would be placed on the wrong shelf standing out like a sore thumb. At other times people who had no idea what she was doing would bring her things and say, "here this is great, try it." It was just what she needed. Her likes and dislikes evolved into something completely out of the ordinary for her.

Several months of this odd behavior had passed, when one day she found herself running past a mirror at the gym and accidently caught a glimpse of herself. She had to stop...go back and look again at the stranger that just passed as her reflection.

She stared in disbelief, even reaching out to touch it..."Is this for real? Is this really me?" She had literally become her vision, a deep feeling of love, happiness and grattitude emerged suddenly from within her and she could feel her entire body suddenly embraced in a blanket of warmth. It was a tremendous physical feeling after seeing this new being for the first time. All who knew her in the community were astonished and in complete disbelief of what they were witnessing, this could not possibly be the girl they knew as Celeste Johnson.

She completely transformed right before their eyes." ;)

Have an incredibly Blessed and Transforming day! You are LOVED!

Thought and action

Thought makes things possible. Action makes them real.

Thought prepares the way for achievement. Action assembles the achievement together.

Thought gives action a purpose and a plan. Action gives thought substance and commitment.

Action creates raw energy. Thought harnesses and directs that energy to create meaningful results.

Thought can give birth to endless worlds filled with wonder and beauty. Action expresses that beauty right here and now.

Thought and action are stunningly powerful forces. Combine them together, directed toward a common purpose, and truly anything can happen.

You are free

You are free to follow the demands of your ego. You are also free to let go of those demands.

You are free to imagine and impose all sorts of limitations upon your life, your actions and who you can be. You are also free to move beyond every one of those limitations.

You are free to think positive, empowering thoughts even when faced with situations that could be considered hopeless. You are free to act in such a way that will bring value and meaning to your life and your world.

You are free to take difficult problems and turn them into spectacular opportunities. You are free to take ordinary moments and turn them into special treasures.

You are free to take whatever may come your way, and direct it toward positive purpose. You are free to fail a thousand times, and then to get back up and achieve stunning success.

You are free to find the beauty and value in all that you experience. Remember always that you are free, to live, to love, and to bring the very best possibilities brilliantly to life.

Re: Daily Bread

Labor Pains...

closer and closer the pains come, until the birth of something so beautiful, So BEAUTIFUL that the pain no longer exists and is soon forgotten.

And she looks into the eyes of a new life, one born into this present reality. Once deep within her it dwelled, NOW a very physical, separate entity..living, breathing and experienced by all.

They are unborn, but we know they must be born and finally they come. “And all the time the pattern is complete and every unit—including the undiscovered ones—is at work.

Who are they? IDEAS...nurtured daily, fed and carved out of an infinite void.

Life can be so Beautiful! If we choose to see it as such.

It's funny how often I forget to align my words in everyday conversations with some of the most beautiful thoughts that come to me when I rise in the mornings. As the day goes by and I encounter the physical environment, which is the projection of shared thought and past thought of my own making and the making of so many others. I tend to lose the perspective of beauty and creation. I fall into the trap of the end result of yesterday instead of focusing on tomorrow being a result of what I create today. If I can just remind myself that this is truth, and there is power in my present words and thoughts, a result (always a result) comes from within me to experience later on in my life. The seeds I plant now will be harvested later for me either to enjoy or to be devastated by.

I forget that alot. Focusing on being positive before 12pm helps because the rest of the day seems to go so much better. I sometimes run into some negative setup from days prior that puts me on the spot to repeat that negative statement of self in the presence of others. I only need to catch the wave of that moment and shift it to a positive outcome...if I can't think of a good response in that situation. I need only to be silent and change the subject. :)

Have an Amazing day filled with miracles!

Re: Daily Bread

All I've got is a PHOTOGRAPH....

"When all is said and done, happiness is the one thing which every human being wants, and the study of visualization enables you to get more out of life than you ever enjoyed before."

"All that there is whether on the plane of the visible or invisible, had its origin in the localized action of thought or a mental picture, and this includes yourself, because you are universal spirit localized. And the same creative action is taking place through you."

"The form it takes depends on the direction you give it. In you it is undifferentiated, waiting to take any direction given it as it passes through the instrument that it has made for the purpose of self distribution."

Life Substance is way more sensitive than the most sensitive photographer's film. If in taking a picture, you realize that you already had an image on one plate (photo language) when you took another picture on the same one. You know that the picture is not going to be very clear. (double exposure)

As a photographer, if I get a picture that doesn't turn out so well. I start over and take another one. This time I am steady with the camera, I focus on one image at a time that I want to see develop. I hold it in perfect view for as long as I need to, to get the shot in. Its that simple. If it doesn't turn out like I wanted it to...take another picture... this time it will be better because I am wiser.

Visualizing is just like photography. Except you use your mind's eye...You also use feelings and gratitude. Just remember the most amazing thing that ever happened to you in this physical plane of existence. Think about it in great detail, remember how it made you feel, the joy, the gratitude, the love shared...then shift to the visuals that are yet to come. And come they must!

The only reason it doesn't happen is because of self sabotage, or changing the image.

Sometimes I will ask my child. What do you want for breakfast? She says, "eggs". I say to her, "Great..eggs it is!" Then she says, "no, wait.. I don't think I want eggs...I would like pancakes". Well honey you know that eggs and pancakes are two very different things. Then she says, "I don't know what I want, I am confused mama, help me...maybe I just won't have anything at all". I say to her, "Yes...you have to eat breakfast...But I can't fix it for you until you tell me what you want and be more specific."

It makes me happy to see her happy, I am delighted to give her the breakfast of her choosing. I certainly do not want to give her something that she doesn't like or is going to make her sad.

Look at it like this...What if she woke up and said in her mind. I don't think I deserve eggs because I like them too much. They might make me happy and I am but a lowly worm, don't deserve to be happy. So I will ask for something I hate for breakfast. Something bitter, something that will burn my mouth and make me cry for the remainder of the day. Something that will make me crawl about in the dust of the earth with stomach pains. Because I am not supposed to feel good. I don't deserve to feel good I am completely unworthy of being happy. My mom doesn't want me happy, I have completely burdened her life by being born. (Isn't that completely ridiculous? but we think like that, and God nor anyone else can shift our thinking...ONLY WE CAN SHIFT OUR THINKING...AND RECEIVE THE BLESSING)

SIDE NOTE: And isn't that exactly what we do in thinking of all the bad things that have happened to us in life. Or by thinking of how bad our life is in this moment and how we want out. By doing just that we are honing in on... visualizing the WRONG PICTURE. Substance knows only what you think about...and produces that very event. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE!! Change the image.

back on track:
Now as mom...this kind of thinking would sadden my heart, and I would want her to come out of it. I would tell her Please don't think such things. You are my daughter, an heir to all that I have. I want you more than anything in this world to be happy and to ask for things that make you happy. I am so proud that you were born because you bless me with your presence and your smile everyday.

Now ask yourself, Do you really think our Father, and Earth Mom are any different? I think not.

;) :)

And a PHOTOGRAPH Is all I need....to begin.

Ellipsis…

An Ellipsis (…)is a series of marks that usually indicate an intentional omission of a word, sentence or whole section from the original text being quoted. An ellipsis can also be used to indicate an unfinished thought

example: "But I thought he was . . ."

Yesterday…was incredible. Several thousand people showed up. In the midst of all the people was our little group, to our surprise a MAGICIAN found us. He was very tall with a deck of pink playing cards. He showed us the trick of picking the card out of the middle of the deck, putting it back…and it would be on top every time. The card was the 2 of Hearts. Well….on the last trick…we were all watching when he flips over the 9 on top instead of the two, we all realized it wasn’t the right card, when we looked up at him… he had the 2 of hearts sticking out of his mouth. I had chills. I still don’t know how he did it.

The choir was there and sang “America the Beautiful” and The National Anthem. We watched a pink stretch limo arrive and a cancer survivor emerged. She approached the stage and began to speak about her ongoing battle with breast cancer. She said a lot but, I heard her say that without God guiding her daily through this battle she would never have made it. She also said the cancer has Blessed her life. Isn’t that amazing? Even in cancer she found something beautiful.

The last testimony on stage was given by one of the event coordinators. He said, “ There was a PERIOD in life where Jesus walked with the people, and then He died on a cross for all of us, ...many thought that was the end of the PERIOD. But Jesus doesn’t use Periods…He uses an Ellipsis…because where we think it’s the end. He shows us it’s only the beginning…

With that said we had silent prayer and it started…

At the end, when we were just about to give up and throw in the towel…with a half mile left to go, we were just about to give up when we heard …The Choir in Pink…singing us to the finish line. All the kids got medals, then when we thought it was over…we walked through this underground tunnel and on the other side was a world of free food, drinks, live music, massages, parachuting air troopers and face painting. And best of all FREE McDonald’s Coffee!

:D My serotonin levels are peaking.

A SPARK OF CREATIVE BRILLIANCE...

Yesterday as we were doing the evening walk...My daughter decided she wants to be brilliant, beautiful and 5'8"..she is 12 so she has a lot of time for growing. ;)

She once asked me, If God gave you one wish what would you ask for?...I said, "What would you ask for?" She said, "well Solomon asked for Wisdom and God gave him Wisdom and all the rest followed. I would ask for Wisdom."

In that very moment...I believe she was instilled with that Gift.

"For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks."

We were watching an interview with Lady Gaga yesterday. Oprah asked her, How she deals with the fame...and she responded with, "It's always been there. I have always seen myself like this." Even as a child she saw herself famous. She performed at the top of stairs in her home even without an audience. She pretended to be Whitney Houston. Interesting woman...

"Only the reproductive creative spirit of life knows what you think until your thoughts become physical facts and manifest themselves in your body, your brain or your affairs. Then everyone with whom you come into contact may know, because the Father, the intelligent creative energy which heareth in secret, hears your most secret thoughts, rewards you openly, reproduces your thoughts in physical form. “As you think you know that is what you become” should be kept in the background of your mind constantly. This is watching and praying without ceasing, and when you are not feeling quite up to par to physically pray." Behrend, Genevieve

And those who pray only to be seen of men shall have their reward, and their reward...is only to be seen of men.

The Thought Form of the Thing is already Yours as soon as you think it. Your steady recognition of this Thought Possession causes the thought to concentrate, to condense, to project itself and to assume physical form.

“Ask, BELIEVING YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED and you shall receive” Jesus

I have found many times in the past that I think I want something and then when I get it, it has alot of things that come along with it, that I wasn't prepared for. Its not always paradise once an idea comes to pass. The beauty in that is that I can change it if I don't like it. ;)

Beautiful DAY!

SERENITY...

Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom. A man becomes calm in the measure that he understands himself as a thought-evolved being...and he as he develops a right understanding, and sees more and more clearly the internal relations of things by the action of cause and effect, he ceases to fret and fume, and worry and grieve, and remains poised, steadfast, serene.
"Excerpt Morning and Evening Thoughts ..James Allen"

"One Saturday in the park, Adysin who was up to her usual tricks of intentional falling in public, happened to come across an interesting stranger who actually approached... to help her up. She tripped a lot on purpose because she really enjoyed meeting people who cared. People who cared enough to stop what they were doing in their busy lives long enough to give her a hand.

This day was special because the person she met was anything but ordinary. There was a serene look on his face, and when she reached up to take his hand..visions of peace filled her being. She could see birds, blue skies, the scent of beautiful flowers surrounded her and she could feel love for herself and love for everyone around her, all in that brief moment of contact. She had never before felt such peace in her life. The wind picked up just as she stood to her feet and just like that...he was gone.

But he left something behind..."Peace". Adysin still had it and to see and feel it again she need only to remember what that moment was like, his beautiful face forever etched into her mind. She must find him, again."
Excerpt: "SIN" by Mara Carr

"Be as a flower; content to be, to grow in sweetness day by day. If thou would’st perfect thyself in knowledge, perfect thyself in Love. If thou would’st reach the Highest, ceaselessly cultivate a loving and compassionate heart.

Re: Daily Bread

"The Earth speaks...."

"The earth dies right along with her children, and she also thrives when her children thrive. Through the isles of desolation or through rich, plush acres of beauty she reflects their wellbeing."

When a mother loses her child, be it through death, adoption or from her own bad choices. A part of her dies inside, and tho on the outside she may appear happy and content. Every night she cries and wishes she could take it back, that she could somehow change the outcome. She will do anything to numb herself of the pain but it is short lived and when she wakes up....her life is just as it was before. She walks everyday incomplete with an emptiness in her soul that can only be filled by that child. When commercials come on ..it takes her there. When she sees families on the street.. it takes her there. When she hears a certain song...it takes her there. On Birthdays and Mother's Day...She cries for their union. It is a burden that is heavy and never ever goes away and the only thing that makes it better is being with that child... whether in physical form or in spirit. There is a sadness in her heart that runs so deep that had she not felt the responsibility to live for others...she would take her own life.

In learning the hard lessons that are given to us as we walk this path, we have the capacity to grow and heal completely. I think sometimes in order to break a cycle, really bad things must happen to break us inside... to wake us up to something greater than ourselves. When we are truly broken and we reach rock bottom, we somehow begin to thrive in a way that is different than before. We carry the scars that reflect what we have overcome. We must use those hard lessons TO LOVE MORE. Had that not happened in our life we would not have the capacity to love and appreciate those who come later on. We also hold a new vision and a greater wisdom to help others who are carrying the same spiritual imprint.

I found this Thank You...I wasn't looking for it...I was led to it.

Anyway It's beautiful and from a mother who lost her son...

My husband & I are big fans of Creed. We’ve seen them about four/five times, now, but we missed the Tower shows.
I have a deep personal connection with the band, due to the song “Arms Wide Open”. I loved the song, & I had heard Scott Stapp talk about how he wrote it for his first son. When my husband & I got pregnant, after going through infertility treatment, we decided we’d play that song in the delivery room, if we had a son. The song just seemed perfect. Well, to our horror, the night before we were to deliver our son, we found he was Stillborn. So, needless to say, we never did play the song. But, I think our son knows that song was meant for him, because on more than one occasion, when I have gone to the cemetary, that song has come on the radio. One time, I just sat in my car & cried, at the cemetary. If that is not a sign, I don’t know what is. To this day, I still love the song, but when I hear it, I do cry. Scott Stapp will never know how much he & the band have given me, through that song."

Beautiful Things Ahead! :) Miracles happen everyday!

Wonder what today will UNFOLD?

Re: Daily Bread

Something Greater than the Self...

Where is it? It's inside first..deep inside. It's unity with ALL there is. In a state of seperation it causes confusion and it is hidden right out in the open. But in a state of union there is clarity and it is revealed.

"The seed of freedom must be hid within the shell of the human. But, like the Prodigal of old, man must make the great discovery for himself. Although the journey may at times seem hard and the burden too great to bear, man still feels within a subtle sense, a mystical presence, a divine Reality. Thus, the inherent nature of himself is forever seek*ing to express itself in tenns of freedom. We will do well to listen to this inner voice, for it tells us of a life wonderful in its scope, of a love beyond our fondest dreams, of a freedom which the soul craves." The Science of Mind by Earnest Holmes

This song kind of takes you there, in a "VERY FUNNY" way...I loved it! :D

It's called BANJO (banjo played by Glenn Cambell's daughter)by Rascal Flatts. Listen to the words and watch the video. It's hilarious but spiritual all at the same time, If you go DEEP.

Verse:

"It ain't on no map
And I'm glad it isn't
Leave the phone and the GPS,
Those satellites ain't found it yet,
Got our own little piece of heaven hidden"

I couldn't have gotten close without Jesus by my side. I would never have attempted the journey, I saw Him and I moved closer...as I would almost touch him...he disappeared every single time. He gave me strength, and cleansed me from the inside. I am forever loyal to Him. He never leaves my side or my heart. I Praise God today and I am thankful for His GRACE and MERCY on my soul. I am Grateful to be part of such a loving family...where there is joy, and serenity and peace of mind...even in the midst of trouble.

It's a GREAT Day! And I have alot to do! :)

WITHIN MY HEART...

"When you love you should not say, "God is in my heart, "but rather I am in the heart of God."- Kahlil Gibran

Maybe...a better way of saying what I said yesterday. I think it's the same thing standing in a place of complete unity, when there is no filter of separation, when the veil has been completely removed. When I am ONE in spirit...there is no longer any separation.

His Heart and Your Heart become ONE HEART.

http://img.xcitefun.net/users/2009/1...-one-heart.jpg

Even though physicality may separate and give the illusion of two..the spirit knows no boundaries, in space or in time. In spirit, space and time are both nonexistant. (That terrified me the first time I saw that, legs of jello...I remember how I felt...I was completely afraid...and humbled all at the same time)

That is what a veil represents, it represents separation of two that will be completely united as ONE...once it's lifted...the husband kisses the bride to represent what it means when Two become One in mind, body and spirit. In ceremony it is just symbolism of a deeper meaning, so that others can see what has taken place between them already. As years pass the true meaning gets lost and misrepresented just like so many other things...then symbolism begins to become literal...and things get messy.

VEIL :A word used in the scriptures to mean (1) a divider separating areas of the tabernacle or temple, (2) a symbol for a separation between God and man.

The veil divides the holy of holies from the holy place, Ex. 26:33

The veil of the temple was rent in twain at the crucifixion of Christ, Matt. 27:51 (Mark 15:38; Luke 23:45).

The dark veil of unbelief was being cast away from his mind, Alma 19:6

The veil of the covering of my temple shall be taken off, D&C 101:23

The veil was taken from our minds, D&C 110:1

A veil of darkness shall cover the earth, Moses 7:61

The veil shall be rent and you shall see me, D&C 67:10 (D&C 38:8).

I am in complete love with this quote:

"The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend." Henri Bergson

"Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Roald Dahl

Re: Daily Bread

New Journey...28 Days!

Instead of 5 things everyday I am thankful for it's gone to 10 with the addition of why am I thankful for each listing. The goal is to get to a point in life where I am saturated with grattitude and love (love of God, of Nature, of self, of others). No matter if my life may consist of things that happen to flesh..since we are flesh at this present moment. It is a way of SEEING how to appreciate even when I may be surrounded with not so nice situations.....but that is only in the beginning. When we graduate from this journey..the results will be astounding and our life MAGICAL!

This is DAY 1! The book is called THE MAGIC. Just started it, it was FREE came to me in the mail. ;) It is about being thankful and learning to apply it daily with specific applications. I have chosen to join a support group of appreciation.

It's a forum compiled of members from all over the world and we each share what we are thankful for daily. Its just a forum like this one, but it seems to hold you more accountable and reading posts from others is beautiful. It's nice to see what others appreciate in their lives. Some use the most beautiful words to describe the simplest things that I may take for granted.

The book begins with a quote from the Book of Matthew the very verse that used to puzzle me...and I used to think that it sounded so unfair. But I understand it now and it is a natural law. It was given to educate us and make us wiser about how we think. I think of it as a state of mind.

"Whoever has... will be given more, and he will have an abundance, whoever does not have...even that which he has will be taken away." Matt 25:29

Its about my thinking process...If I think and talk about how much I do not have...that is exactly what will follow as a result. ..Because in repeating those complaints ..I believe them...when I believe..it appears in some energetic form with the same pattern of energy. (neg or pos)

If I think on abundance and act accordingly ...guess what...abundance follows. (That energy pattern is filled to the brim)

Have you ever listened to yourself in a conversation, the things we say to those closest to us about our lives and our self situations. Is it good? Or is it full of complaining and negativity? Every word we speak, every thought we think is shaping our tomorrow. How do you and I want tomorrow to look?

The past has nothing to do with the power we hold within our mind in this moment (NOW)....it will be dissipated as long as I choose to dissolve it. (with my words, thoughts and actions) Miracles do happen!

Miracle: 1. A surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is considered to be divine. 2. A highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment.

Re: Daily Bread

Day 2 of an incredible beginning...

Magnificent day yesterday. It ended with some type of flowers in my hair, I don't know what they were but they were growing in the middle of nowhere hanging from a bank as we passed. A friend of mine at the end of the trip...asked if I happened to hit a flower bush because they were all in my hair. ;) Yes, while battling rapids...my float ran out of control and plowed right through the center of an unknown flower tree...after I got the spiders off me... I kept the flowers.

Today I am told to find a Gratitude rock, and do the 10 things I am thankful for, which I have completed.

The rock is going to be full of positive energy at the end of the journey because every night before I go to bed, I am going to hold it and think about the best thing that happened in that day and really zone in and appreciate that one thing. The goal is to point your thinking in the direction of positive energy right before sleep. You are sifting through all the good things that happened in the day...to hone in on one of your favorite events.

I had this dream last night of which I just remembered as I type this...I was rummaging through this large basket, inside was some type of rectangular soap dish or small tray with turquoise and silver embellishments all over them and as I put them to the side...it was full of rocks...beautiful painted rocks with different designs all over them. I picked up one and I said to myself ...this is the one I will use.

http://rcfm.ca/wp-content/uploads/20...iver-rocks.jpg

It's nice when dreams mesh with reality...I love those moments.

Have you ever touched something an object and felt vibrations from it, or have you ever stood in a sacred spot and felt the energy? It's nice.

“Wherever you go for the rest of your life, you’re always in the middle of the universe and the circle is always around you. Everyone who walks up to you has entered that sacred space, and it’s not an accident. Whatever comes into the space is there to teach you.”

Re: Daily Bread

The Stone of Appreciation...

Yesterday I was cleaning out the bathroom, to paint it...Chocolate Brown. It looks great by the way. Love the dark color on the walls. While I was cleaning, I found a turquoise pendent on the floor behind some furniture. I won it about 10 years ago at an auction. It's an unusual pendent with one large turquoise stone right in the center and a lot of beautiful silver embellishing around it.

I remembered my dream of the turquoise and silver soap dish...above the rocks..within the basket.

As soon as I picked the pendent up..I said..This is what I will use. Of course I had chills because ...it's exactly what I said in the dream. But it makes sense because every night you hold it in your hand and think of the most positive event in that day. I can wear it around my neck for the next 26 days. It is a rock ...a big Turquoise rock made into a pendent. I also have a speech or two or three coming up...it will assist me in.

"Healers associate the healing powers of Turquoise primarily with the Throat or 5th chakra. This Chakra is the center of communication, creativity, serenity and spiritual bonding."

Each stone has a specific energy within it. When the body is unbalanced, it can be realigned by wearing the particular stone needed for healing.

Nice explanation... :)

"Because the composition of the human body is around 60% water, placing a healing gemstone on your body will send electromagnetic waves from the stone through the water in your body. All your water will succumb to the vibration level of the gemstones, saturating your systems with the healing current. This is life force energy that connects all things in the universe. You do not have to believe this to be true in order for this vibrational shift to occur, however, the intensity or "dose" of healing current will be dramatically affected by the intention of your thoughts."

I think there is also symbolic reasons behind jewelry, if its a gift or if it symbolizes a word or thought you want to think about while wearing ...it will be a reminder to you. I have this ring with a blue flower on it and 3 crystals set in the center that I wear only on a test day. The 3 crystals symbolize .. 3 tests I failed in a row. The flower represents overcoming and rising out of the shadows of that event.

I didn't buy it for myself, it was a gift that came to me Easter Weekend again in the mail from someone totally unexpected...3 also having a beautiful meaning during that time of year for me. Death and Resurrection.

So when I look at it right before the test begins I remember the ones I failed and I remember how I grew from that experience and the beauty that followed.

Ok..had no idea where this was going when I started..just going with the flow. Daily dose of something for myself to think on.

Support is always there when we least expect it!! So very thankful for that in my life! :)

What is it about appreciation that changes your life?

I have read that the concentration of being thankful opens doors to receiving the good stuff. The good stuff being what truly brings one joy and obviously that differs for every individual.

The good stuff being ...substance...not just superficial things, but events with beautiful substance embellished with beautiful things.

Its Day 4 into this journey and I have seen amazing changes.

Keep in mind... I have been working on my own thought patterns for years so maybe this was just the icing that I needed to top it off...because my life is changing right in front my eyes and anyone else watching also sees what is happening. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING... Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I had so many great things happen yesterday that I am still in shock. ...completely numb. You know, you ever get so blessed that you think your in a dream, and this is all going to be taken away..its not real...this can't be happening to me...not after all these dark years. I really don't know how to respond at times...all I can say is Thank You and LET IT IN.

I have an Art Showing coming up...and I haven't started on the new pieces. I have about 3 weeks. I am inspired so the images should come pretty fast ...I hope... God help me. At times those are the best ones because I don't have time to think about them too much. I also have a book deadline, and my niece just informed me that she is naming her baby the same name as the character in my book. That is scary..she doesn't know I am writing a book, no one does...its been in the works for several years. It's a sign that it must be finished. The baby will be born in September.... I made a deadline for June 1. Interested to see how this unfolds.

Re: Daily Bread

The Light at the End of the Tunnel...

"The further I walk into the LIGHT, the less I remember about the darkness." Kep Going

Today is about appreciating wealth. The lesson talks about envy and jealousy and what happens when we complain about not having enough. Any type of negative statement cuts off the financial flow. When we are jealous or envious of others, it is just like saying no, I don't ever want that.

I once read about a little trick on the mind you can do if you catch yourself feeling jealous or envious of someone.

It is a little mind shift...

When you see anyone wealthy, succeeding, beautiful life, beautiful body, beautiful home, beautiful career, wonderful family, great love, tons of support....etc...etc...

Just Say ....YES!!!

Because what that truly is, is the universe showing and asking you, "Would you like this for your life?"

Now if we say something negative or judgemental even in thought, it is just like saying NO...absolutely not, I don't want any of it.

If we look at it in that form, and remember it when we begin to get a little green around the ears..you will never allow that to happen again. Instead just say out loud or to yourself...YES, Yes, Yes...Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

When you see another's success be happy for them because they are reflecting YOU!

Nice shift in thinking, its also a major life changer cause we tend to judge even in our mind and that can really sabotage our life, it can curse it in a big way. What we think about others is just as important as what we say out loud when it concerns our state of being.

Do you know how I found out about the book, The Magic? Well I will tell you. I was on the appreciation forum posting "5 thank you's" when this man from INDIA, chimes in (It has instant chat) and says Hello. We begin to talk about where we are from and then he says, Have you read The Magic? and I said no..but I read all the others and liked them. He kept saying India is a very spiritual country. Of which I already knew because I love India, actually people think I am from India (maybe a birth mixup...don't know). I always get the head tingles when I put my hand on certain items from there. Love to touch their stuff. :D
Well the next day I receive an email that says I can choose a free book of choice due to an agreement being fulfilled. The rest is history...

I guess the point is...everything we need comes to us with perfect timing in order to help us grow spiritually. I am thankful for that knowledge.

We are lost to the human and found in the DIVINE.

"When we desire only the good the evil slips from us and returns no more." Ernest Holmes in the Creative Mind

"The storehouse of nature is filled with infinite good awaiting the touch of our awakened thought."

"Walking deeper and deeper into the light....my mind clears and all the confusion leaves the place within me it once lived. I am poised, serene, STILL, knowing and FREE. Free from the thorns, free from the pain, free from the darkness, Free from MYSELF.
Where hate once took form and manifested itself inside me and as an outside force in my life, LOVE has moved in and LOVE's sweet manifestations reign stronger every day." My Own Journey

Not only in silence must I learn to control thought but more so in the throngs of a busy day, time and place should make no difference. For the true test of mastery lies in the midst of a storm.

God sent an angel to speak to me--
A word He was fain I hear;
And the angel brought the message
And whispered it in my ear.
"God knew I needed the word He sent--
I had lost the zest of fight;
And the right was all but beaten;
The wrong it was all but right.
"Simple the word that He sent me--
But it soothed a spirit raw
With the pain of too much striving--
"Twas LOVE fullfills the law."

"One that understands will break these ties that bind him; one by one he will destroy every negative thought until at last he is able to think what he wants to think and so he frees himself by the use of the same power that at one time bound him." The Creative Mind (Earnest Holmes)

(X)

“I Tell You The Truth, Today You Will Be with Me In Paradise.” Jesus Quote from the book of Luke 23:43

This statement was used in the midst of horrifying STORM...So we can use the same statement/affirmation in the midst of our own storms and allow His being to embody us, and say it in our mind when things get hard. "Today you will be with me in Paradise."

I think about Stephen in the book of Acts when he was being stoned to death, and how he kept his eyes on Christ ..He kept looking up in the midst of his storm. Its one of my favorite stories. I think it shows incredible faith and strength, and an example of how HE becomes our strength in times of extreme trouble. Its a way to transform fear.

"His face shown like the face of an angel"...while all this pain and great rejection was being outwardly projected on his being...He kept his mind steady.

Every hateful, negative thought cries out from within to be forever transformed.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today is Day 6 of the Journey...I am to find everything about work to be thankful for, I have to pretend I have an invisible manager walking beside me taking notes on all the good things I find about my career. I had a major light bulb moment while reading this activity, beautiful things will come from this day. I feel it...its going to be a life changing day! ;)

Re: Daily Bread

To BE or NOT to Be?

Writings are an inspiration from Mr. Holmes again...

"Do you realize that your Karma is nothing but your false thinking, and that the only way to escape it is to think the truth, and that brings in the higher law?"

"When the greater comes in the lesser leaves because there is no longer anything to give life to it."

"The human mind needs to be cleansed from the morbid thoughts that bind through its false beliefs."

"See, hear, talk about, and read only what you wish, and never again let a negative thought come into your mind."

"If ... there is something in your life that you do not want there, stop fighting it--forget it!" Focus only on what you do want to happen in your own life and in the world.

Feed that...give all your energy to those purposes. Don't watch or look at anything that makes you feel disdain (umm, don't know where that word came from but I am going with the flow, hopefully definition fits). Simply turn the channel or turn away. It has to die, if we are not feeding it...it will starve to death.

Example: "Anti-War" should be re-worded "For Peace". Its just a small shift that makes a huge difference in outcome.

Example: I walked in a anti war protest, and images of war followed me, all the negativity of war surrounded me, and the more I walked the bigger the battle seemed to get. The people were angry and shouting at one another. There arose a wave of opposition. Anger filled the air and the protest became a warzone. Police came and brought tear gas. People were crying, some lying on the ground. Smoke filled the air and everyone was miserable.

I walked in a For PEACE campagn, and through out the process I was presented with images of peace, peaceful people emerged around me and the landscape was beautiful. We were all together working for one cause and even our soldiers that sacrifice their lives to keep us safe, walked with us. And for that moment, there was no talk of war or images of violence. Only love and peace filled the air and resources began to emerge from all over that helped our movement to grow. Other organizations began to appear and they all joined together for ONE united cause.

There is something about the energy and the intention behind any kind of project that will result with the same type physical events surrounding the participants. The result must come through alignment with our ultimate goal, and somehow magically everything falls into place.

There does not have to be any opposition, just a coming together of loving energy by as many as will do it. The energy from that collective consciousness pervades the entire world. It is contagious and all we need is 51% to pull it off, no matter what the goal.

I just pulled that example out of the hat, I think we all deep inside want world peace and will be so happy when that day finally arrives.

WOW...nice, that just flowed really fast ! I think I am on to something. :)

Have a great day! :D

Non Resistance

"Let your soul sing to-day and the song that comes to-morrow will be all the sweeter, will ring out over the vistas of time with an unmistakable clearness. Here is a soul who knows himself and has found life. within himself, who has met God to-day. No more waiting, no more longing, no more weary roads to travel. He has arrived. The goal is won and peace has come at last. To-clay."

An unusual meeting...

Yesterday I decided to go thrift store shopping. I like to treasure hunt. While in there I found a lot of things I needed, but two things in particular were Medical Reference books that are very expensive Retail. I paid $3.00 for one $2.00 for the other. I was happy! At the checkout counter a man standing in line holding a suit jacket turned and looked at my books and said, "someone has a lot of studying to do."...I explained to him that the books are very expensive, so when I find them at this price I buy them. He said, "Are you a student?" I said, "yes, I am"...He said.."I am a traveling resident". So of all places I get in line with a doctor at a thrift store.

The man spent 10 minutes of his time, encouraging me...He had these piercing blue eyes, fixed in mine..and I could not even look away from him for second. I absorbed everything the man said to me. I appreciate him so much! :) Don't know who he was or what his name was, never seen him before in my life.

When I got home and started reading through the books, They are Godsends..Just what I needed to clarify things in mind about the upcoming semester.

Re: Daily Bread

Clear direction...

"So plastic is mind, so receptive, that the slightest thought makes an impression upon it. People who think many kinds of thought must expect to receive a confused manifestation in their lives. If a gardener plants a thousand kinds of seeds, he will get a thousand kinds of plants; it is the same in mind." E. Holmes

"The words you use are the instruments, channels, through which the creative energy takes shape. Naturally, this sensitive creative power can only reproduce in accordance with the instrument through which it passes."

"All disappointments and failures are the result of endeavoring to think one thing and produce another. This is just as impossible as it would be for an electric fan to be used for lighting purposes, or for water to flow through a crooked pipe in a straight line." G. Behrend

This is Day 9 and I can honestly say I am getting better at being thankful. It's getting easier everyday to come up with 10 things I am thankful for with the reasons why. The book has opened my eyes to many things I was taking for granted in my life. Simple things we tend to over look. :)

"Perfect peace to the soul as we rest in the realization of our unity with all that there is, was or ever will be. Perfect life, perfect healing, perfect harmony, Divine guidance, Infinite strength and joy forever."

Re: Daily Bread

What should I wear?

A suit of clothes is not the body that wears it. The current story that surrounds your spiritual body, is not the spirit that wears it, but instead is years of misconception produced to teach the body of misguided perceptions. Suffering causes the carnal mind to eventually ask..Why the darkness? Why the pain? Why am I here? Why did this happen?

In asking we awaken something that once slept deep inside us. The calling out woke it up..and it presented itself in the clouds above us...as we gaze up into the face of God, the feeling of how small we truly are emerges and His power and glory reign in our presence, The Huge presence of His being is overwhelming and terrifying and wonderful.

SPIRIT emerges from around the carnal mind and presents itself to the seeker. It stands as a light in the manifestation of darkness and educates on the power of change. It guides the carnal mind. Within the process of education they merge... the two become one and the darkness dissolves into the light. The new story emerges, and the seeker...once devastated...is now recreated.

"Finally, when Jacob refused to let go, even at daybreak, after his
hip was injured, the Lord asked his name. He said, "My name is
Jacob"--the deceiver. God helped Jacob to discover himself. For the
first time he saw himself as a selfish deceiver. Jacob was ready for a
new name and a changed character. God gave him a new name--Israel.
Israel means "one who struggles with God." One who struggles with men
becomes proud and fearful if he wins; he despairs if he looses. But one
who struggles with God lives life on a different level. Not only was
Jacob's name changed; his inner life and character were also changed.
He began a new life as a spiritual man. He walked with a limp, but his face was shining, and he named that place Peniel, the face of God." Genesis 32: 22-31
