No, I like to think it's not. Actually I think it might has to do with Hillarree, his ex-wife. She left Scott all alone to take care of little Jaggar. Check this out:

I know Stapp met Hillarree at a bar. (I remember that from "VH1 - Creed Behind The Music". I mean, Hillarree leaving Stapp must have been much worse than Creed breaking up. I hope no songs on TGD are about AB and I pray AB will never make a song about Stapp either. I hope they're both more mature than that.
As for "Reach Out" and "Fight Song".
Reach Out: I'm sure you've heard the rumors, jealousy and all the lies
Yes, could be about AB. But come on, there's a lot of Stapp haters out there. I think this is more directed to the media. Sure it may be about the Creed break up, but I don't think it's a stab at AB. I mean; Stapp wrote stuff like that in Creed too. Bullets, What If, Freedom Fighter, etc...
I think Fight Song might have something to do with the break-up, but I think it's more of a "fight song". Not a "stabbing song". I mean like: "I've left my past behind me, here I am... (I do not fear you, do you fear me? Love again)" :D Kinda like Metalingus actually! Yeah, Fight Song is Stapp's version of Metalingus! Pretty cool thought... Although, if Fight Song and Metalingus were the out-comes of that break-up it can't have been a happy break-up. But then again most break-up kinda sucks.
