yes, the world is full of self proclaimed "prophets" and teachers. "And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron" Heb. 5:4 meaning that you must be called of God, number one, then must be set apart by someone having authority. how does that happen? num. 27:18 "And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun a man in whom is the cspirit, and lay thine hand upon him" one must recieve this authority by laying on of hands.
