Mark & Stapp said on an interview one time that they always had a trainer with them while on tour with Creed. It's to stay physically fit and healthy so you can go out each day and perform. My guess is that all the guys in Alter Bridge are working out somewhat while on tour.

Apparently if that's the case, he does it with both hands, his arms are quite awesome. Must be a pretty large 'member'.

Mark and Myles both look like they do, especially mark, ur chest and arms don't get that big by sitting around, or abs for that matter. And myles arms are really big.

Well you though exactlly the same that a lot of females in this board.....ummm!!!!. Logical, after i saw him in person i wonder even more....huge....back and shoulders...yeah. He must do weights and cardio, combiantions of both. Pretty cool!! :smokin:
