hey guys...no school today for me or pretty much anyone onthe northeast cost of US

Yeah, you thought a blizzard was here, we have 4 inches of snow and the whole place is shut down!!!!!:mad:

I'm sooooooo excited. It's absolutely beautiful here in Philly. They are now predicting 8-10 inches! I've been a little homesick for New England this week and this is the perfect antidote! It hasn't snowed like this since I have been here (2 1/2 years!). All the kids are out playing...I love it. I'm going to take some pictures when it slows down a little. I just love sitting near the window and watching it come down.

yeah it hasnt snowed lately....i think where i am they are calling for 3-6...well we already have 3 and i tihink its supposed to snow all day....i woke up at like 7:10 and i was like...what the hell no one woke me up...and i saw the snow and tv said pretty much every school was closed

I have the news on now...They are of course, talking about the snow! It won't be fun driving in this, though. I have to go to work later.

I also LOVE the snow, I am a true northerner at heart!!! What I would give to have a sled right now!:D

me, too. it is colder here, but no snow. we hardly get any. i would love to be snowed in with all of my family and having fun. i want to play twister or something. i haven't played that in a while.

You Guys Are So Lucky. They Were Wondering If It Will Push Up A Little And Hit Michigan But It Didn't. I Heard There Was Also, A Ice Storm Is That True. I Wish I Had School Off. Last Year It Was GREAT Because We Had A Snow Day On My Birthday Jan 31, 2001 I'm Hoping For That Again. I Hope We Get A Lot Of Snow Sunday Overnight Here In Michigan But I Don't Think We Will.

LMFAO, A2S!!!! I'm at work, so I can't chuckle too loudly...I missed all this about me in this thread. Surprised my ears weren't burning off my head!

Scutley, I WISH they'd have called to tell me I didn't have to come in. I miss snow days:D . But yes, newspapers would get a tad behind if that happened, LOL. Here, they call to make sure you're coming in. They would actually dock us a day's pay if we didn't show up. It's still a fun job, though.

And that's OK if you thought I was he. I get that a lot on the Net ;) .

I rather have a warmer day, but some snow is great every once in a while. i dont want snow everyday, but it is great when it comes.
