This is probably tantamount to heresy -- but I don't plan to see AB again before they release some new material. I've only seen them twice, but the last time -- at Mean Fiddler -- I was a little disappointed, so won't be going to their March gig.

hey gabi, what time are you getting to the manchester gig? i wanted to go early to get a good place at the front but cant make it real early, should be there for when the doors open and wiil have to fight for a place at the front like i did last time. :)

Yeah I tour with them so we did a show in Sheffield on the Thursday then travelled down for the download performance on the Friday. Did you see them?

yeah they wer pretty good, the crowd didnt seem to lively though, but the crowd wasnt all that lively all weekend really.

I totally totally agree with that. I thought the crowd for the whole weekend was kinda quiet. It was my first time there so I cant compare it to any other year.

There was a lot of Fozzy chants after along with "we want more" chants but apart from that it was like a normal show.

was my first download weekend, my first real festival actually and the only thing that disapointed me was the crowd, i think the only time i saw more than half the crowd jumpin around was when system of a down played and that was awsome

I got a pass for the weekend but could only stay until after Alter Bridge which was good really. (I was meant to be leaving when the band left but I got given a weekend pass so me and a friend slept in someones car and managed to see AB! :D

I met them in the VIP bar before and got some photos and you could tell they were so excited! Myles was in a cool tracksuit too hehe

I will be going to see alter bridge at Nottingham in a few days time - should be awesome.

I love AB, not a big fan of creed as i cant stand stapp (but thats my opinion) im in glasgow and have seen ab each time they have played here, had a photopass to the recent november gig. Glasgow Gigs rule

Well Scott's management cancelled the European tour, probably due to their potential profit being low so who knows if it will ever happen. Had my ticket for his Australian concert but it was cancelled as well and man was I sad. Man I hope U have better luck than us!:)
