This is a poem I wrote called Search For Someone... Hope you enjoy :)
The long search for that one person can have great affects on a human.
This journey that leads to great happiness,
is experienced with misleading dreams and decietful people.
For what does one fight but for him or her?
A mortal will do horrible things to recieve love from that one person,
and that person will do great deeds just to be with that one mortal.
Unfortunately in many occasions all these attempts for love lead to one result:
No love.
Is there any other mortal reason to sweat and bleed but for him or her?
For when one finds that special someone they often don't churn any longer,
And they expect the sheep to shed themselves.
But many continue churning to receive the end reward,
And many do proceed with shedding the sheep and making cloth.
When you're old and feeble who is by your side but him or her?
After you two are a positive match,
she will be your look-out post as you get old,
and he will be the hand that feeds you that spoon of soup when you age.
So never regret looking for that one special love,
Because on the road you will gain other attributes,
and on that path you will gain other affiliates.
Love, and you shall eventually be loved in return.
