Anyone seen it? It is running only in smaller theatres where they show foreign and indie movies thou (eventhogh movie is defently high budget cuz it looks really good).
Great historic movie about 16th century Thailand. Basically a lot of people want throne, and most of them are willing to kill a lot for it. So a lot of plots, assasinations, full scale battles and such. Few dozen elephants with chariots on their backs, charding though the jungle, stomping people = whoo-ho! lol Oh yeah and it has few love stories in it too.
Bottom line -- one of the best historical movies I've seen (nowhere close to The Last Emperor, but oh well).
P.S. oh yeah it goes with subtitles only
P.P.S. oh yeah i went to see it for 2 reasons -- Coppola is someone I respect a lot, and hot chicks! lol
