Ok People Need Help With Av

Ok i have a pic but when i try to resize it it gives me this little corner of the pic i need to shrink down the whole pic to 75 x 75 how do i do that need :help:

When you resize it you have to have the box totally surround the photo you want, sometime there is a grey box, if you take you mouse click on the corner of the photo and drag it to fill the entire photo. I am not sure what kind of program you have? Are you saving it in a file?

I resized it and saved it to a file and uploaded it and it said it was an invalid gif or jpg file im using a jpg and im using ms paint help

Did you save it as a BMP or JPG? If it's saved as a bitmap, go to Save As again, and in the Save As Type drop down menu at the bottom of the window that opens, change the file to a JPEG. And save it again. That should work. Let me know if it doesn't.
