Anyone know of a good mexican lasagna recipe

I'm having some people over tomorrow night and were gonna have all Mexican food:P I want to make a mexican lasagna but I'm not sure of a recipe to make it:confused: If anyone has some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated:angel:

I have one for a vegetarian mexican lasagna, but not sure you'd want it. It's good, though :dancing:. If you're interested, I'll dig it up when I get home tonight from work (it will be late :D).

use Salsa instead of tomato sauce, use Tortilla shells instead of pasta, and use "Mexican" shredded cheese, lol

3. Go to El Rancho Family Resturant (great Mexican food)
4. Order
5. Pay
6. Leave
7. Serve as your own

Hmm... Mexican Lasagna well I have made something similar before I LOVE mexican food so I have a lot of Mexican cookbooks. I guess just be creative layer noodles or you could use tortilla chips, use enchilada sauce as your sauce, cheese, jalapeno's, tomatoes, black beans, peppers meat if you want shredded chicken or ground beef. Layer like you do in lasagne and sprinke cheese on the top and bake it, sounds good to me! Hey ask my Creedfest friends I make a MEAN nacho dip!
