I don't have an extra 3.5 million to spare so I don't feel like I am a fair judge of that....personally it seems like alot of money...did it sell to a private collector or a museum??

i dunno, might just be me but i believe that 3.5 mil is a steal... and kind of a mockery to such a great work of art....

Yeah, it does seem like quite the bargain when you consider things like homes and baseball teams go for much more. To me, something like a Beethoven's sheet music would be priceless.

I agree -- 3.5 mil is nothing for something as fundamental as 9th Symphony.
I just hope whoever bought it wount copyright it lol

You're right. The more I think about it, something like that is truly priceless.

I think it should have gotten more;)
Dang! I wish I had that much money sometimes, but I know that money doesn't always bring happiness:P

who sold it?
Iīd make a joke about Beethoven, the dog, but it wouldnīt come out funny, so I gave up...
anyway, I ask you:
they paid nothing for a master piece of art or the athletes are the ones who get paid a lot for nothing???

I saw that, but I meant other thing:
