I don't know Tia, maybe they got tired of people reading their stuff without membership. I used to go there after things slowed down here just to see if there was anything new. But now that you have to be a member, I won't bother. That board is too distracting anyway. I love it here.

I think it has to do with the $$$... to keep the board ad free you have to pay so much money or something (unless the policy changed on ezboard?) ... when you hit X amount of page views on the forum you have to start paying again or you get popup ads. By limiting the pageviews to only registered members of the board, they will get a few extra days out of the money they pay for ezboard.

Again, I'm not totally sure about this, but I know ezboard used to have it set up like I described.
