dan you have compuserve, AOL owns compuserve. there is beta software that helps with the pop ups. you might have to upgrade to the latest version of CS.

julie, if you get that page cannot be displayed alot it means that the website is down or having problems, or that your internet settings are on the fritz.

if yer looking for pop-up blockers for IE (internet explorer), i would recomend Free Surfer MK 2 (http://download.com.com/3000-2366-10114509.html?tag=lst-0-1) it works great and it even blocks most banners, specially the talking ones. there are some compatability problems with it, specially with winXP. but ive had no problems.
