ZWAN album released!!!

ok, finally ZWAN´s debut album was released!

I´m listening to it right now... Honestly the single, imo, is the best song so far... it´s the opposite of Sma. Pump. ...not that dark...

Endless Summer is nice too... but when I finish listening to it I´ll choose the best ones! :)

I know it came out the other day, was it yesterday, or the day before? I can't remember, but it's not bad. I really liked the Smashing Pumpkins!

I think Desire is the best track. I just love those wailing (is that how one describes it?) guitars. The whole CD is pretty good though. The title track is pretty nice, as is Lyric, the first song.

Actually this album didnt impress me all that much. Some good songs, but still... Dunno I know it's unfair to compare it to SP, but Adore (why oh why do people dislike it?!) has set such a high songwriting standart for Billy, that this just doesnt cut it. Although still an ok record.

And no, "Honestly" is a pretty good song.

Yes, the Smashing Pumpkins were absolutly awesome! But all good things must come to an end (DOH!), so moving on to ZWAN, I have only heard 'Honestly', and although it was nothing like the Pumpkins, I still enjoyed it.

The album is released here in Australia on Monday (today being friday) as a 2-disc set with a bonus DVD, poster and $5 off because I'm a member :D

This is a definate purchase for me, because whether it's the Pumpkins or not, it is still Billy and Jimmy. Billy's songs, lyrics and unique vocals are always good for me, and Jimmy is in the top 3 of my all time favourite drummers:P

Because Mullet is a long-time member who doesn't have a whole boatload of negativity to bring to the bb. Oh yeah, and because he's a good friend.
