Well you all know by know I live in Virginia, in a town between Richmond and DC. I am not from VA, I am really from Erie PA, about 1 hour south of Niagra Falls, of yeah LOTS OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW!!!!!:eek: :eek: I really love Virginia it has everything, the mountains, ocean and cities, it's nice!!!!!!

Well I live in Southern California and yesterday it was a beautiful 78 degrees!!!!! Clear as a bell, baby blue skies, just beautiful, couldn't of asked for a more beautiful day!!!! We have it all here, big city, beach, mountains and even movie stars!! I live in Temecula where we have tons of Winerys and tons of beautiful fields of grapevines and beautiful rolling hills!!!:)

My parents lived in Port Charlotte, Fla., (near Fort Myers on the Gulf coast in the bottom third of the state) for five years and I could never live there. First off, too friggin hot. Don't really mind the heat so much, but I LOATHE the humidity. Yes, many old farts who don't know how to DRIVE. That alone would keep me away. I like the change in the seasons, though I admit to suffering from some winter blahs occasionally. I'm not ready for the blue-hair society just yet. My parents moved back to Rhode Island full time because they decided they were too young for the old-fart set down there. Nobody wants to DO anything. Maybe Orlando is different, but I don't know. It's nice to visit in the winter, though. A good break from the cold.

I live in Arkansas and the humidity is a lot worse here than in Florida. We spend a week in Orlanda every June and most of the older people don't live in the city.

The one place I would like to live is Washington - beautiful, even with all the rain!

You know Souldancer, I would actually love to live where you do!!!!! I really really miss having rain here, we hardly get any at all, we have only had one good rain this winter so far and none in the near future!!! It is beautiful here in the winter but in the summer where I live, watch out!!!! It gets up over 100 degrees alot!!!! No humidity though. I've been here all my life so I'm used to it ,i guess! Does it rain where you are alot???

I totally agree because I have to cross St. Louis to get to my grandma's house it is horrible there and plus you got east st. louis across the river which makes it a hell of a lot worse. It makes where I live, Kansas City, not look that bad..

I've been to both Tampa and Orlando..Tampa was ok, but the part of Tampa I was in was kinda crappy...We stayed about a mile from Raymond James Stadium...which to me is the coolest stadium EVER!! But I REALLY fell for Orlando!! It ROCKS!! You want alot of OLD people..try PHOENIX!! YUK!! I wasn't at all impressed with Phoenix...just a really big city with alot of people!!
But that's just my opinion...to me, anywhere that is warm in the winter...I'd love!! I hate Minnesota winters!!

I do have to agree about the mean people though. The road rage here is outrageous! I was in North Carolina this summer, and I couldn't believe how much friendlier the drivers were there. There are some nice people though.
