I just wanted to say I hope you (Scott Stapp) are ok and whatever happens I and your other die hard fans will be with you.

I have heard the recent news and you're a human being dude, it's gonna happen from time to time. You can overcome this and get everything back, you've done it before, and watching live performances and videos us true fans can see the amazing shows you put on and the fact that your voice got so much better throughout the tour.

Don't give up man, when that double album comes out and Creed's next album things will change and you'll be on top again I am sure.

Exactly, all I've heard is that he's ill. There has been no official statement on what he is "ill" from as far as I know. Unless a legit source is provided, I'm calling all this "rehab" talk slander.

I've posted in that thread, I've read it.

There is nothing legit. The rumor all started because a touring band mate got angry because, he claims 'stapp canceled the tour due to relapsing and is now in rehab'.

A few posts later, a quote from his wife, stating he's better.

He could have very well had just been sick. You know how hard it is to sing with mucus, sore throat, and a fever of 102?

Apparently, stapp has a show on the 25th, I read in that thread.

yes. cancelled. that concert is after the astros game here in houston. he's been replaced by michelle branch. i'm glad i didn't purchase.

Everything happens for good, even when things are perceived on the outside as being bad. Some of the greatest musical pieces ever written were done so by those who battled addiction of some kind.

Praying whatever happens that the highest good be manifest for all involved. I am still a big fan regardless. I know that some great material can come from any experience... especially those experiences that challenge us in such an intense manner.

I've heard the rumors, saw the threads in PBF and I'm not sure if it is a case of rehab myself. I'm thinking it's more exhaustion, etc. Scott is a busy guy and seems to be the type that will keep going unless he is either too sick to move or has orders from his doctors to rest.

Either way, I'm still a fan and always will be. I hope he's better soon and I wish him and his family all the best while he's ill.
