i'm really bored so i'd thought i'd start another "What Are You Wearing" thread...soooo, what are you wearing???:P
i've got on a baby blue low neck jumper, and i'm wearing my blue flares...got my hair in a big scruffy bun, and i've got nothing on my feet..what about you???:D

I got mine for $160.
But about 3 months ago they were selling them for half price in rebel, i should have waited, but they got snapped up in 1 day.

Coz the warriors are doing so amazingly well, they sold out of all warriors gear last week!

I've been wearing my hair with bangs for so long I don't think I'd know what to do with myself without them. I have changed hairstyles a bunch of times over the years, but the bangs always stayed with me.

well when i brush it, it goes all over the bloody show, so i ALWAYS have to have hairspray in it, unfortnatly:( but when i blow dry it on the other hand, it goes curly. I hate my hair.

Word of wisdom to ya, Haley, we all hate our hair. If you have straight hair, you wish it were curly and go get a perm. If you have curly hair you blow it, straighten it, whatever it takes to get the hair you were not born with. Once I hit my 30's I gave up caring.

Yes. I have a co-worker going through Chemo for lung cancer and she's lost 1/3 of her hair. I thank God I have health, happiness and a full head of hair.

That is so very true. This woman has the most positive outlook on life I have ever come across. She is a 6 year breast-cancer survivor, now faced with 2/3 of one lung removed, and 1/3 of her hair gone due to radiation & chemo, and all she talks about is getting back to work so we aren't so short staffed. She is the most inspirational person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I thank God everyday for the things that I have been blessed with, above all good health for myself and my family.

She's fantastic. Very much full of life. She's vibrant and funny. She's the type of person who feels like "she doesn't have time for this shit" meaning lung cancer. She has too much living to do. I am honored for knowing her and I can't wait until she comes back to work. If it's not too much to ask, could some of you please say a little prayer for her. Her name is Annie and she's the best.

It sounds like alot of jewelry, but if you were to see it on me, you would see it all compliments each other, and none of it is gaudy... the 2 necklaces were my son Ians...I had the "small" gold padlock put on a chain, and I wear it around my neck with the cross he left behind, they look kewl together... and the rings aren't big and gaudy either, I don't like gaudy jewelry.:)

well, i got a lovely new denim skirt, a tank top that says love and has this heart with a weaven rose around it, (it is SO cool!) a pair of black and pink three quater cord pants, another tank top that says, BE FREE, BE ALIVE, BE YOURSELF! a pair of cool jeans that are sparkly, and a couple of other things...it was fun going shopping today, went after school with my mum...oh yeah and new shoes...thanx for asking DS!!!;)

WOW, cool for you. I can't believe how denim skirts have come back. They were very big when I was in high school (centuries ago, lol), and now all the stuff that was popular in the, ahem, 70s is coming back. Should have saved all that stuff. Could have opened a vintage clothing store:D. I like the shirt with the Be Yourself on it!

oh thanks, it's very cool..yes, i can't believe how skirts have come back in either! (not that i was alive then, but my mum has told me;) ) nearly everything that is styly now is retro! like frilly tops, skirts, even jandals! every thing...i think that is so so cool!

ohhh you never heard of it? must be something else in the States...Mufti day is when a school that usually has to wear uniform, get's to wear their clothes...usually it is for a cauze, today in NZ it is, "Hugs Not Drugs" day, and we had to donate a gold coin (a dollar in new zealand money) so we could wear our clothes. :P

Yes, I remember doing that in high school and actually at work 3-4 times a year we have "Blue Jeans for Babies". You purchase a button for $3 (proceeds go to March of Dimes) and you can wear jeans to work (normally the front line employees all wear black pants)
