Well, yeah, I've got to go with the Evanescence. Amy's really stepped it up on the vox, and the sound is just more mature altogether.
I just can't believe she and Shaun Morgan went splitzville....and it was that bad! :o
The new My Chem is coming out in less than a week too. I'll be getting that, kthnx. :D

-smacks forehead- Tool and Trivium. And I sat here and forgot them.
I vote for The Crusade. Trivium is amazing. I mean, if I can listen to a cover of Master of Puppets and mistake it for the original, that's saying something for the band.

No questions for me at the moment, its Stadium Arcadium. I haven't heard all of Audioslave's new album though.
Muse's blackholes and revelations was good, but not as good as I expected.

I personally think the RHCP have gone down the yube and each album is progrssivly worse.

Meh, I dunno about their old stuff. I had never listened to them pre-SA. I just know that this album is very good.
I do know they used to have a lot more aggressive, funk-style stuff and they have sort of moved more into rock n' roll these days. I prefer rock n' roll to funk anyday, though their funky elements in certain songs are still often creative.
I don't think it is a great all time album or anything, but... I don't think any all time great albums have come out for... a while. I can't really think of any in the last... man. I can't really think of any this millenium. Or even a little beyond.

I haven't bought any CD's for about 6 months so I wouldn't know about these newer ones but I heard Audioslave's new album is good.
