Virginia Muslim gets 30 years for assassination plan

An American Muslim was sentenced Wednesday to 30 years in prison for joining al Qaeda and plotting to assassinate President Bush

However Ahmed Omar Abu Ali claimed Saudi authorities extracted a confession through torture.

Any info on how reliable this torturing info is? As much as I'd like to see a guy like this behind bars... torture just doesn't sit right. If you are going to torture the guy, you lose the standards you are trying to uphold by imprisoning him.
